THERMO SUBLIMATION FOR GREAT PRINTS!
Sublimation prints are an amazing way to create bright, long lasting
colours with photo realistic qualities. Sublimation ink, when heated,
turns into a gas that penetrates and permanently dyes polyester
fabric, creating a clean, professional look with a soft touch.
Start-up costs are minimal as processing is performed by an ink jet
printer using heat transfer paper. The resulting print is in mirror image
and is transferred onto the garment by using a heat press at a speci-
fied temperature and pressure. This is a low cost operation suitable for
one-offs or production series.
