The most advanced technology that allows us to print a wide range of small and larger promotional items with high-quality, detailed logos and smooth colour gradients. UV printing is a technique where ink is applied to the object by spraying tiny droplets, and the printed surface is then exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, which dries and cures the ink instantly.
This type of printing is not limited by the number of colours, allowing the reproduction of photographs or complex colour gradients. UV printing is particularly suitable for smaller quantities of printed items or for designs with complex, multi-coloured graphics.
DTF printing is designed for decorating T-shirts, sweatshirts, and virtually any textile or other material. It also prints in white, which means that any coloured fabric can be printed on. The process is simple, affordable, and arguably the highest-quality form of digital textile printing. It is based on DTG printing, but the design is first printed onto a transfer film and then heat-pressed onto the fabric.
It is used for all types of promotional items, though it is most suitable for those made of plastic, wood, and paper. This type of branding is resistant to normal wear and handling. However, it is not resistant to strong or intense heat or contact with human skin exposed to aggressive perspiration.
Items made of metal, ceramics, glass, and hardened plastics can also be printed. In such cases, special hardeners are used to ensure longer durability of the print. However, they cannot guarantee the same longevity as other technologies specifically designed for these types of materials (depending on the product, this may include laser decoration, engraving, rotary screen printing, firing, or other methods).
It is most commonly used for textile printing because it allows printing from a single colour up to full-colour image reproduction. It is also frequently used for printing on paper, plastic, metal, glass, and wood — including products such as T-shirts, umbrellas, canvas bags, calendars, New Year cards, diaries, stickers, business cards, plastic bags, glasses, mugs, and much more.
